Micro-Milling - Augmenting National Distribution Chains

African Micro Mills is currently working with a national price-fighting superstore to source rural BBBEE suppliers for a variety of their house-branded maize meal products. The proposal that African Micro Mills is putting forward will deliver on the wholesaler's supplier requirements and will provide economic development, job creation and lower staple food prices to South Africa's rural population.

With great foresight, the same superstore asked African Micro Mills to investigate the possibility of producing an instant maize meal product. Following three years of intensive research and testing, this product is set to launch in 2010.
